Well-being Series: Passion
Passion is defined as a strong inclination toward a self-defining activity that you love, find important, and in which you invest time and energy. Passion has been shown to improve psychological well-being, positive emotions, performance and our relationships.
This theme will delve into the research and science behind passion and how we can cultivate a passion in life.
This is the first of four chapters in the Well-being Series, organised by Happiness Initiative in partnership with National Youth Council.
There will be a panel discussion and two webinars. All will be conducted via Zoom covering different aspects of the theme! You will receive the Zoom links upon registration.
All sessions are held on Thursdays, 8-9.30pm
